Epilepsy: Changing Lives with New Standards of Care
Join our Specialists Panel to learn about the programs being developed to improve life outcomes of children living with epilepsy.
You will learn about the remarkable advances in epilepsy care, including innovations in epilepsy surgery that make Children’s Hospital, LHSC an emerging leader in the field when it comes to facing the challenges of the 21st century, including the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on children and families living with epilepsy.
You will gain a better understanding of the long term impact of epilepsy on quality of life and uncover some of the vital, ground-breaking research being conducted with children and adolescents living with epilepsy in our community, including a family intervention project currently underway based on mindfulness.
